3 Teve como âmbito medir a maturidade de 100 organizações portuguesas de diferentes sectores de atividade, relativamente aos seus processos para gerir projetos e portfólios utilizando o modelo OPM3® que permitiu também construir planos de melhoria organizacional que podem vir a ser adotados pelas empresas portuguesas; Avaliou também um domínio muito importante ligado mais à parte humana das organizações que são os Facilitadores Organizacionais. 8 Avaliação da Maturidade (Fase I) Visita preliminar com o Sponsor interno para definir o plano de intervenção; Reunião com os Administradores Executivos, cerca de 1h30min; Reunião com o Portfólio Manager, cerca de 1h; Reuniões com os Gestores Funcionais, cerca de 1h;

9 Reunião com o PMO Manager ou equivalente, cerca de 2h; Reuniões com os potenciadores organizacionais (especialistas e pessoas chave das áreas da gestão comercial, financeira, marketing e outros), cerca de 1h; Reuniões com gestores de projecto, cerca de 1h30min; Reuniões com elementos das equipas, entre 15 a 30 min; Avaliação da Maturidade (Fase I)

10 Validação das conclusões iniciais com o Sponsor e se necessário alargar o número da amostra para recolher toda a informação necessária; Análise dos dados e compilação no sistema Product Suite OPM3® do PMI® que demorará entre 1 a 2 semanas; Apresentação dos Relatórios com a classificação de grau de maturidade global do PMI ® numa classificação percentual com o nível de maturidade específico na gestão de projetos, portfólios e facilitadores organizacionais; Em função da análise e da validação dos resultados será elaborado um plano de melhorias personalizado que será apresentado com a intervenção de um consultor OPM3 certificado.
