Being Active Partners in the Regional Governance Structure Full or Invited Members of the Regional Council for the CENTRO of PORTUGAL: -Three Rectors -Two Presidents of Polytechnic Institutes -Science&Technology Parks -Incubators -Knowledge Transfer Offices -Venture Capital -Business Angels -FCT -High Technology Companies -Entrepreneurs and Gazelle Companies (…) HEIs are represented on the regional development agencies (CCDRs) CCES could stimulate regional development CCES should work in cooperation with the regional development agencies (CCDR)
