All rights reserved.3 Style Guidelines Please note:  Use only Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007 and save file as “pptx.”  The font type, font size, and font color are not allowed to change.  Do not alter the layout (do not change the line spacing or margins).  Do not reorder or reposition the headings.  Make sure all content fits in the text boxes. Do not change the size of the text boxes.  The size and color of the bullet points are not allowed to change.  If a section has only one statement, do not use a bullet point and move the text flush left. Logo requirements:  EPS format (vectorized), highest logo quality or  JPEGformat (min. 600 KB = 0.6 MB) or  PNGformat (min. 600 KB = 0.6 MB)  Size about 5 cm x 5 cm  Resolution min. 300 dpi  For legal reasons, customer logos must be provided by the customer.  Your logo must be taller than the SAP Partner logo.

Please consult the SAP Partner Branding Guidelines on the Application Development Partner Center within the “Other useful resources” section.Application Development Partner Center  Use a tone of voice that is clear, insightful, approachable, and optimistic.  Spell out any acronyms – product names, customer names, lingo, etc.  Avoid unsupported statements that promise quick integration and adoption through ease of use (i.e. simple, easy, effortless, seamless, out-of-the-box, end-to-end). Avoid using “go-live” as a noun.  Create a customer-centric title. –Use a catchy title that includes the customer's name, implemented solution, and the overall benefit received, using words that describe the customer's business function, if possible. (example: “Schumacher Elevator Opens Door to Improved Performance with SAP® Business Suite”)  Always note a short implementation time, if applicable.  Mention competitive win or replacement, if applicable. Avoid any inflammatory language; just state the facts.  Benefits –Mention quantifiable benefits where possible and include overall ROI, if available. –Select benefits that are reasonably intuitive to understand. –Select benefits that are most relevant to the primary solution featured. Reference slides require customer approval!

SAP will return the approved template to you 4. Publish the reference e.g. on your storefront, website or in your newsletter
