Diálogo, um processo O comprometimento de uma empresa deve ser entendido como uma jornada em longo prazo. Dialogue is a unique process for learning, and a dialogue event is only the first step in a series of many toward building lasting, healthy relationships with communities. There are various ways of engaging stakeholders; therefore, it is important to create an approach that both fits the group's needs and meets the expectations of stakeholders.

O que é o Diálogo entre Stakeholders?
Uma poderosa ferramenta para ouvir e aprender Um processo especificamente desenvolvido e mediado Não é uma abordagem de “ Tamanho único” ou “pret-a-porter ” For us, dialogue is about communicating with stakeholders in a way that takes serious account of their views. It does not mean involving stakeholders in every decision, or that every stakeholder request will be met. It means that stakeholder input should be acknowledged and thoughtfully considered. It is about giving stakeholders a voice, listening to what they have to say, and being prepared to act or react accordingly. Though dialogues are, in effect, simply meetings, it is important to remember that they provide a powerful tool to listen and learn more about stakeholders. They also offer a mechanism to share one’s own thinking and to maintain and/or strengthen relationships. Dialogue means communicating with stakeholders in a way that takes serious account of their views. It does not mean involving stakeholders in every decision. It means giving them a voice, listening to what they have to say, and being prepared to act or react accordingly. This does not mean that every stakeholder request must be met but it should be acknowledged and thoughtfully considered. Definindo o cenário

Consequently, we become accustomed to dealing with complex issues in fragmented bits and peices. Yet we live in a complex world in which nearly every aspect of our lives is connected in some way with every other aspect. Sustainable development requires more integrative understanding by business, government and citizens as we face complex new and old cirsis such as global warming, population growth and the increasing gap between the rich and the poor we learn the old « solutions » do not work. Comunidades Locais Governo Autoridades locais Mídia Funcionários Universidades Investidores Companhias de Seguro Fornecedores Clientes ONGs Consumidores Organizações empresariais Sua empresa Among companies, there has been a sharp increase in stakeholder engagement activities as they have come to realize that people or groups outside the core areas of influence can also be stakeholders. The traditional circle of stakeholders has expanded. Previously, the principal groups recognized were shareholders, employees, suppliers, customers, contractors, authorities, media, the financial and the direct community. This group has now grown to embrace a wider range of actors such as youth and religious groups, NGOs, IGOs, global institutions, and many more. There are many ways to break down who you stakeholders are. This graphic as well as others to follow are meant to give you a better overall understanding of the breadth of your community. Do not forget to bring in appropriate internal stakeholders from companies! Who are the decision makers in this area? Who needs to be more exposed to greater contact with the stakeholders and the issues? Who has the power to commit to further engagement with stakeholders?
