3 Definindo Defining A noção de gênero problematiza a ideia de que a biologia (os corpos, a genitália, os hormônios) determinaria totalmente o comportamento dos indivíduos e corresponde a uma das formas pelas quais entendemos o mundo, a partir da divisão entre o que é feminino e masculino. The notion of gender questions the idea that biology (the bodies, genitalia, hormones) completely determine the behavior of individuals and corresponds to one of the ways in which we understand the world, from the division between what is feminine and masculine.

4 Motivação Motivation Parar de hierarquizar diferenças. O desafio é transformar diferenças em diversidade e oportunidades e não em desigualdades e limitações. Stop ranking differences. The challenge is to transform differences in diversity and opportunity rather than inequalities and limitations.
