Present (have- has) Perfect (been) Continuous (vING)

Present Perfect Continuous HAS/HAVE + BEEN + Verb (ING) I´m tired because I have been walking a lot (Eu estou cansado pois tenho caminhado muito) She has been going to the gym for years (ela vai para a academia faz anos).

Usos: bem parecido com o Present Perfect - para descrever 1- ações que começaram no passado e ainda acontecem repetidamente. (I have been writing a book) 2- ações que já aconteceram mas tem efeitos no presente. (She has been running so she´s tired – ela esteve correndo, então está cansada) 3 – para enfatizar o tempo no qual uma ação está progredindo (He has been learning English for 10 years)

PRESENT PERFECT CONTINUOUS A diferença: Present Perfect HAVE, HAS + III I have studied x PRESENT PERFECT CONTINUOUS HAVE, HAS + BEEN + v.ING I have been studying

Ex: I have visited london 3 times. Obs: nunca usar o present perfect continuous quando for mencionado o número de vezes que uma ação foi feita. Nesse caso, usar o present perfect. Ex: I have visited london 3 times. Present Perfect (eu visitei Londres 3 vezes) She has watched that movie 6 times!!!

Regra: consoante-vogal-consoante Se um verbo terminar em CVC, antes de colocar o ING, deve-se dobrar a última consoante. cvc RUN – RUNNING Swim – swimming
