3 Abscesso periapical agudo
Analgésicos de ação central *Codeína (30 mg) + Paracetamol (500mg) - (Tylex®) 4 em 4 hs *Cloridrato de tramadol (37,5 mg) + Paracetamol (325 mg) – (Ultracet®) 4 em 4 hs *Cloridrato de tramadol (50 mg) – (Tramal®) - 4 em 4 hs Antibiótico se necessário

Pacientes com histórico de alergia às penicilinas: Infecções moderadas: *Azitromicina (Zitromax®)-500mg- 1caps por dia Infecções severas: *Clindamicina (Dalacin® C)- 300mg-1 caps 6/6 hs

6 Antiinflamatórios Nimesulida (100mg) – (Scaflam®) 12em 12 hs
Ibuprofeno (600mg) – (Motrim®) 12 em 12 hs Aceclofenaco (100mg) – (Proflam®) 12 em 12 hs Meloxicam (15 mg) – (Movatec®) 24 em 24 hs Por 3 a 5 dias

7 Terapêutica com antibiótico para pericoronarite
