Dear EPLANET partners, According to the EPLANET Annex 1, we are calling the first annual meeting of the provisional EPLANET decisional bodies, to be held in CERN on February 15-16, ) Executive and Supervisory Board (ESB). (CERN, February 16, 2012). The members of the ESB are the Project Coordinator, the Deputy Project Coordinator, the CERN interlocutor, one Representative of Pierre Auger Observatory and one representative for each participating country. All interlocutors of participating countries must start a internal selection procedure to indicate their country representative, and inform us about the result of the process.
