1 Instructions for use: This flyer was prepared under TRACK_FAST (www.trackfast.eu).www.trackfast.eu The principal objective is to provide education and training institutions with a base for disseminating their degrees and courses in the area of food science and technology. However, the material can also be used by any stakeholder interested in promoting food science and technology. Slides 2 and 3 are in English but can be translated to any language.
