He concentrated on portraying Shakesperean, Classic and Baroque lifestyles. The artiist lived in London and exhibited his works from 1870 to 1903 at many of major halls, including : Royal Academy; Suffolk Street; Royal Society of Artists, Birmingham; Dudley Gallery & New Dudley Gallery; Walker Art Gallery, Liverpool; Manchester City Gallery; Royal Society of British Artists; Royal Hibernian Academy e Royal Institute of Oil Painters. Muschamp died in 1929.
