Conclusions WYSIWYM editing allows a domain expert to construct a KB using very simple and intuitive methods –anyone can use it –doesnt require training in KR –doesnt require linguistic expertise models can be built/edited by several people, not necessarily in the same language or at the same time

When used for document generation: Multilingual documentation can be produced without many of the problems associated with translation, e.g.: –no problems associated with language interpretation –no source-language bias Document management should be much easier: –updates made to knowledge not text –different language versions will all say the same thing
