CVET (Danish vocational education and training) Consiste em aproximadamente 3500 cursos de curta duração (entre um a 5 dias de duração); Mais de um milhão de participantes em 2009/2010; Preço por formando, seja ele trabalhador qualificado ou não (entre 15 a 23 euros por dia de formação); É possível o trabalhador obter um subsídio enquanto frequenta a formação, sendo este constituído por um salário de 81 euros/dia e despesas de transporte de 60 euros/dia. Exemplo: 100 trabalhadores do sector do comércio a retalho, todos eles qualificados: Frequentam um curso CVET de 6 dias que inclui os cursos de vendas, serviço ao cliente e vendas direccionadas para o publico-alvo (sales targeting), baseada em módulos de 3*2 dias. Os módulos podem ser leccionados na empresa, centro de conferências ou numa escola. Economia: Subsídio em termos de salário: 100 empregados durante 6 dias têm um custo de formação de 613 DKK por dia, perfazendo um total de 367.800 DKK (cerca de 49.000 euros).
