3 MPT – Destinatários (Receivers) Pessoas colectivas de direito privado, de natureza empresarial, com sede nos Açores. (Legal entities of private law with a business nature, based in Azores) Requisitos (Requirements ): – Necessidade de apoio intercalar ao funcionamento da empresa (Need for interim support to run the company); – Impossibilidade total ou parcial de recurso às fontes normais de financiamento (Total or partial impossibility of using the normal sources of financing); – Não tenha efectuado despedimentos colectivos (Havent done collective dismissals). 3

4 MPT – Apoio (Support) Empréstimo Reembolsável no prazo máximo de 6 anos, sem juros e com um ano de carência de amortização. (Repayable loan within a maximum of 6 years, without interest and with one year grace period for payment) O empréstimo não pode ultrapassar 4 vezes o equivalente ao valor mensal do salário mínimo regional, por cada posto de trabalho permanente a manter. (The loan can not exceed 4 times the monthly regional minimum wage for each job to maintain permanent) 4
